LaMorgese, Brad M.

Brandy M. Kumfer is an associate attorney with Allen Wellman McNew, LLP. Brandy's practice is focused primarily in the areas of general civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and civil rights law.

Brandy graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2011, with a concentration in Advocacy Skills. While in law school, Brandy was the chair for the Student Bar Association's Service Committee; she received the Michael J. Sacopulous Tax Award and participated in Phi Alpha Delta, Moot Court Board, Mock Trial Board, Trial Practice, and the Civil Practice Clinic. Brandy received her undergraduate degree in 2007, from Indiana University, where she majored in criminal justice and minored in Spanish.

Brandy was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2011, as well as the Indiana Northern and Southern District federal courts. Brandy is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Brandy currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband, Chris. Brandy and her husband are active members of Trinity English Lutheran Church. Brandy enjoys running, watersports, baking cupcakes, and travelling.
