Clark Lackert is a partner in Dickstein Shapiro's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Lackert joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2010 and primarily focuses his practice on trademark, copyright, domain name, licensing, and anti-counterfeiting matters, with a particular expertise in the international arena. He has worked on numerous acquisitions and divestitures involving due diligence for intellectual property assets and regularly counsels on intellectual property management. Mr. Lackert also is an arbitrator for the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland in connection with Internet domain name disputes and has been a consultant with the U.S. Government on implementation of the World Trade Organization TRIPS Agreement concerning trademark, patent, and copyright issues.
