Working exclusively in the private practice of law, he has represented scores of individuals, corporations and non profit organizations in both the civil and criminal courts. Receiving his degree in 1985 from Gordon College, Attorney Tucker studied Economics and Political Science. He was employed as an accounting supervisor for a large mutual fund portfolio manager when he graduated from the New England School of Law in 1991 and was admitted to the practice of law. Attorney Tucker is a member of the Massachusetts and the New Hampshire Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He joined Healey Deshaies, Gagliardi & Woelfel, PC, on October 1, 2009, and established the Bankruptcy Department at the firm.
Attorney Tucker has led seminars and published articles on legal matters concerning non-profit and religious organizations. He is a contributing editor to Legal Guide for Religious Institutions: Churches, Synagogues, Mosques, Temples, and Other Religious Communities by David Blaikie and Diana Ginn.
