Ladislaw, Robert A.

Mr. LaFranchi is an associate attorney specializing in civil litigation defense. While Mr. LaFranchi continues to manage a broad range of general liability litigation, a significant portion of his practice is dedicated to matters involving transportation, product liability and medical malpractice.

Prior to joining Lombardi, Loper & Conant, LLP in December 2012, Mr. LaFranchi was an associate attorney with Law, Brandmeyer + Packer, LLP in Pasadena, California. Before relocating to California in 2007, Mr. LaFranchi was an associate attorney at Dickson Law Group (formerly Dickson Steinacker, LLP) in Tacoma, Washington. Mr. LaFranchi's areas of practice have included the litigation of cases involving products, premises, real estate, motor vehicles, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, contracts and construction defects, as well as business and real estate transactions.

While at Boston College Law School, Mr. LaFranchi served as a staff writer and symposium editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. In addition, Mr. LaFranchi studied law abroad at King’s College in London, England. During his time in London, Mr. LaFranchi worked as a law clerk for the Foundation for International Environmental Law and Development.
