Kurtz, William Gary

Peter Tracey is a member of the firm's Insurance Recovery practice group who represents policyholders in the resolution of complex coverage disputes. Mr. Tracey has represented a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, privately held corporations, professional firms and governmental entities. Mr. Tracey has been involved in the negotiation, litigation, appeal and settlement of coverage disputes under various lines of insurance, such as comprehensive general liability, directors and officers liability professional liability, and first-party property policies.

In addition to his insurance practice, Mr. Tracey has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including litigation involving Delaware corporate law issues.

Mr. Tracey has lectured and written on insurance and corporate law matters, and is the co-author, with Sherry R. Fallon of Insurance Coverage Law in Delaware (National Business Institute 1996). He is also a contributing author with Donald J. Wolfe Jr. and Michael A. Pittenger of Procedures in Equity: Corporate and Commercial Practice in the Delaware Court of Chancery (Lexis Law Publishing 1998).
