David M. Kritzer concentrates his legal practice on personal commercial, business litigation, and has significant experience performing consumer and commercial credit collections for large financial institutions and equipment lessors.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Kritzer had more than eighteen years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including seven years assisting small businesses and individuals primarily within the areas of consumer law and collection law.
Mr. Kritzer received his undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of California, San Diego, receiving a B.A. Degree in Political Science and Minors in Biology, Chemistry and American History. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1993 graduaing in the top 1/3 of his class. During law school he participated in the London abroad program. Mr. Kritzer also was a member of the Moot Court Board and co-chairman of the school’s annual Dalsimer Moot Court Competition in 1993.
Mr. Kritzer also is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Courts for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
When not practicing law, Mr. Kritzer enjoys traveling with his family and participates as a leader in youth sports and in the Boy Scouts of America, having himself earned the rank of Eagle Scout in June 1984.
