Sam J. Tortorich joined the firm in May, 2011. He is currently admitted to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado. In addition to being admitted to practice law, he currently holds an active CPA license in Wyoming and Illinois.
Sam received his bachelors of business administration from Loyola University Chicago in 2000. He then gained experience as a staff accountant while working to obtain his Certified Public Accountant designation in Illinois in 2003. After obtaining his CPA designation, he continued his professional development while working in progressive capacities for a large public company until he entered law school in 2006. Sam then attended Temple Law School in Philadelphia where he was a staff editor of the Science and Technology Journal and a member of the highly acclaimed National Trial Team. Since his admission to the bar, he has represented clients in a wide range of civil matters, including organization of business and not-for-profit organizations, corporate governance matters, and drafting the relevant organizing documents such as articles, by-laws, and LLC operating agreements. He has also drafted wills and other estate planning instruments, handled various probate matters, and represented clients in domestic relations cases.
