I started my firm because I wanted to help people in need of legal advice that did not know where to turn. I have always been generous with my time to help people in need, especially those that were unfamiliar with the laws of our country.

Unfortunately, during these difficult times there are many people with financial problems. I decided to help these people get free from excessive debt and avoid losing their homes through foreclosure. I care about my clients as people and want to help protect their dignity and lifestyle. I strive to keep my fees fair and affordable.

• I will meet you in one of my offices or a mutually agreed upon location.
• I take calls between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
• and 10 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekends
• I make appointments 7 days a week and evenings until 7:00 p.m.
  I require half my fee in order to start your bankruptcy case. The remainder (the court fee and the fees for the two required credit courses) will need to be paid before your case is filed in bankruptcy court.
• I require my entire fee in order to start the loan modification process.
• I accept cash, checks and money orders.
• I will prepare all the paperwork for you myself. That gives me the chance to know and understand every aspect of your bankruptcy and financial situation.
