RANGE OF PRACTICE
Retiring in 2007 after serving over 23 years as a judge, Henry "Skip" Tonigan continues to serve in the field of dispute resolution as a mediator and arbitrator. Besides serving as a mediator in major civil litigation, Judge Tonigan also has been selected as sole arbitrator and neutral arbitrator in insurance cases. His extensive litigation experience will assist Kelleher & Buckley’s clients in probate and corporate cases. Judge Tonigan will also assist the firm’s clients in the field of property tax appeal, real estate and corporate practice, criminal, traffic, and governmental law.
ACTIVITIES
A Barrington resident for over 45 years, Judge Tonigan has served on numerous community boards and sports organizations. Active in local and state masonic organizations, Judge Tonigan is an Honorary 33 Degree Scottish Rite Mason, and served on the Valley of Chicago Cathedral Board of Directors.
