Nicholas M. Krayer is an associate at Weik, Nitsche & Dougherty practicing in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation law. Mr. Krayer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 2003. He then received his law degree from the Widener University School of Law in 2006, where he was honored with the Pro Bono distinction for his volunteer work.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krayer served as a Deputy Attorney General in both the Criminal Division and the Family Division of the State of Delaware Department of Justice from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Mr. Krayer accepted a position with the State of Delaware Office of the Child Advocate where he served as a Deputy Child Advocate from 2008 to 2010 providing representation for dependent, neglected and abused children. In 2010, Mr. Krayer joined the firm of Tybout, Redfearn & Pell where he provided representation to insurance carriers in personal injury and workers' compensation matters from 2010 through 2011.
Mr. Krayer was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2006 and the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware in 2012. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
