Attorney Ramona L. Tolley raised in Altamonte Springs, Florida where she attended University of Central Florida in 1986. I worked at a law office as a paralegal until 1989 when I relocated to South Florida in 1989 to attend law school at the Nicholas H. Morely Law School at St. Thomas University.

After graduation in 1992, I began practicing criminal defense in Miami-Dade County , Florida , handling traffic matters, misdemeanors and felonies. I practiced in Miami until 1999, when I moved to Broward County and continued to practice criminal defense. I have represented accused citizens in both State and Federal Courts from Key West to West Palm Beach.

I have also handled restoration of civil rights proceedings before Governor Jeb Bush.

My extensive experience in criminal matters contributes to the extraordinary legal team at Gilman & Associates, P.A. I have now been with Gilman and Associates for over seven years and am proud to focus my time and attention to upholding peoples rights and providing the best legal defense possible.
