Jennifer's current practice focuses on general liability defense (allegations of commercial liability, premises liability, intentional torts, third party criminal conduct, and products liability) in addition to insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. Two of Jennifer's recent victories have included obtaining summary judgment in favor of a general contractor client based upon the Privette/Toland Doctrine, and successfully negotiating a settlement of a waiver of costs on the eve of trial in an alleged assault and battery case with over $60,000 in medical specials, following the trial court's granting of her motion to bifurcate liability and damages.
