Mr. Krage is the senior litigation partner at Krage & Janvey, L.L.P., having joined the firm in 1972. Prior to joining the firm, he started his career with the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice in 1968, where he tried civil and criminal cases in federal courts for four years.
While in private practice, Mr. Krage has concentrated his practice in commercial and business litigation. He has tried well over 100 cases and handled more than 80 appeals in state and federal courts. The following are a few of the cases Mr. Krage has litigated where the courts have published opinions:
