Admitted to practice in 2002, Jim Tinney assisted in the founding of the firm. During the three years that Jim spent in Ann Arbor, MI, he also became admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Jim returned to practice in Charleston in 2007, focusing on all varieties of civil litigation. His recent cases include, wrongful death claims, bad faith insurance matters, defense of professional malpractice claims, and other matters on behalf of both civil plaintiffs and civil defendants.
