Formerly associated with one of the world's largest international law firms, Mr. Kravet has extensive experience in handling domestic and international litigation and arbitration. Mr. Kravet holds an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies and has been an Adjunct Professor of International Litigation at New York Law School. Mr. Kravet has represented banks, multinational corporations, trading companies and various business entities, large and small, as well as high net worth individuals. Areas of the law in which he has significant experience include contracts, securities, secured transactions, intellectual property, employment and labor related issues, real estate and bankruptcy.
Mr. Kravet holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctorate from the Boston University School of Law (1983) where he was named an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar based on his academic achievement. He also holds a B.A. degree from George Washington University, where he was on the Dean's List and elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Kravet has previously published various articles on subjects in his areas of practice and is listed in Who's Who in American Law.
