Gary Kollin is a sole practitioner specializing as expert in criminal defense and criminal appeals and concentrating in false arrest, police misconduct and civil rights litigation. He has represented clients in the state and federal courts charged with crimes that range from petit theft to first degree murder and include federal charges of drug trafficking and continuing criminal enterprises.
