Amy K. Koenig is an associate of Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore, LLP. She practices in the areas of Insurance Defense and Litigation, Construction Law, and Environmental Law.

Amy earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, and received her J.D. from the University of South Dakota. Amy has been employed by Gateway as a quality engineer and by Dow Corning as a chemical engineer. She also co-ordinates the annual South Dakota revisions of A.M. Best Law Digest, which covers a brief summary of every state's laws.

Amy is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and the Pennington County Bar Association.  Amy is also a Youth in Science Rapid City Inc. board member, and the chair of the SD State Bar Natural Resources/Environmental Law committee.
