Mr. Thomas has established a practice in litigation and legislative advocacy. He handles commercial litigation, products liability, securities and insurance coverage. As a legislative advocate, Mr. Thomas represents clients in the oil and gas, railroad, insurance, and soft drink industries. Mr. Thomas is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Thomas is a past chairman of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry, director of Associated Taxpayers of Idaho, Inc., and a member of the Boise Rotary Club. He serves as a director of the Ore-Ida Council, Boy Scouts of America and was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® in the practice areas of Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law.
