Mr. Tetro is an associate in the Subrogation Department, and practices exclusively in the area of insurance subrogation, where he represents major property and casualty insurers on a national and regional basis.
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Tetro also practices throughout the United States utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.
Mr. Tetro received a B.A., magna cum laude in 1995 from James Madison University, and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1998, where he was editor of outside articles on the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He also clerked for Samuel W. Salus, II, of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, wherein he drafted numerous judicial opinions. Additionally, he has presided as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
