Mr. Knight was born in Butler, Missouri. He attended University of Missouri, receiving his undergraduate degree in 1959, and his J.D. in 1962. In law school, he was a member of the order of the Coif, Board of Editors for Missouri Law Review, and was published in the Missouri Law Review for his article, "Setting Aside Final Judgments in Missouri." He was a captain for the U.S. Army, J.A.G.C., serving in active duty from 1962 to 1965. He is currently a member of the Boone County, Missouri, and American Bar Associations. His practice areas include: Family law, Estate Planning, Probate, Business Law, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Legal Malpractice, and Medical Malpractice.
