Matthew Tenney is a member of the business and finance law practice group with an emphasis on business organization and structuring, mergers and acquisitions and securities.
Prior to law school, Matthew earned a B.A. degree in Music from Brigham Young University (cum laude), an M.A. degree in Arts Administration as well as an MBA degree from the University of Cincinnati (www.ArtsAdminMBA.com). He was previously Development Manager for the Tony Award-winning Utah Shakespearean Festival.
