In 1992, David Tedder narrowed his practice to governmental, transactional and land development/conservation matters. David L. Tedder PA has provided quality service in these and related areas throughout the Coastal counties of South Carolina, and has consulted with local governments in Georgia and South Carolina concerning land use matters. He has served as city attorney since 1999 for a rapidly-growing city on the I-95 corridor, as well as providing as-needed consulting services to other local governments.
