Kline, Jacquelyn M.

Mrs. Kline is a member of our Immigration Department. She specializes in all areas of family-based Immigration matters. Mrs. Kline received her B.A. in Political Science from Eastern University. In 2009, she received her Juris Doctorate as part of Drexel University, Earle Mack School of Law's Inaugural Class. She has represented clients in the Philadelphia, New York, Newark, and Baltimore Immigration Courts. Mrs. Kline gives each of her clients her personal attention and care. She is dedicated to actively pursuing every avenue of relief available to her clients.

Prior to joining our firm, Mrs. Kline was a Drexel University, Earle Mack School of Law, Public Interest Law Fellow at the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Fellow, Mrs. Kline specialized in U-Nonimmigrant visas for victims of crimes in the United States, and I-360 Petitions for victims of domestic abuse. 

Mrs. Kline also worked for a prominent Philadelphia Immigration firm working on appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and appeals before the Federal Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  

Mrs. Kline also received a scholarship to work on Immigration issues for the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia (CLCP). She continues to volunteer with CLCP in an Immigration attorney capacity.
