Kirkham, Ryan

Charles G. Kingsbury attended the Houston Baptist University in 1982 and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Mr. Kingsbury attended The Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. While in law school, Mr. Kingsbury was a member of the National Trial Advocacy Program. He graduated Cumberland law school in May of 1989 with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and passed the Texas Bar later that year and has been licensed to practice law since November of 1989.

Upon graduating law school, Mr. Kingsbury began working for a big Civil Litigation firm in Dallas, Texas. He worked there for two years and then transferred to his native home of Houston, Texas where he worked for another large firm. In September 1991, Mr. Kingsbury started his own law practice. He has since defended hundreds of clients with a vast variety of criminal offenses, emphasizing on DWI cases. Mr. Kingsbury has successfully defended DWI cases including clients with high breath and blood alcohol test results through jury acquittals and by skillful negotiation with prosecutors.

Charles Kingsbury is a member of The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer Association, Bay Area Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
