King, Anne

Mr. Kidd grew up in Conroe and has practiced law in Montgomery, Harris, and surrounding counties since 1989. He has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 2003 and has a broad civil practice experience which includes premises liability, products liability, auto and trucking litigation, toxic tort, oil field litigation, insurance law, subrogation, workers compensation, property damage, employment law, elder law, real estate and contract law as well as commercial litigation. Mr. Kidd’s civil practice includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Kidd is licensed to practice law in Texas as well as federal court in the Southern and Eastern District of Texas. He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, Woodlands Bar Association, and the Harris County Bar Association. Throughout his career, Mr. Kidd has also been an advocate for children serving as guardian ad litem for minors and as corporate counsel for Arrow Child & Family Ministries which is a foster care/ adoption ministry. He has also served on numerous boards including the Montgomery County CPS Advisory Board, Post Oak YMCA , South Montgomery County YMCA, and the Montgomery County Community Foundation. Mr. Kidd has been active in area youth sports and also teaches youth at First Baptist Church The Woodlands where he and his family are members.
