DAVID KESSLER is an accomplished transactional lawyer and litigator, concentrating his practice in real estate and business matters. Mr. Kessler represents a wide variety of real estate owners, investors, REITS, developers, lenders, condominium associations, cooperatives and professional management companies, as well as large and small business owners.
He regularly counsels clients in the formation, acquisition, financing, leasing, conversion and sale of commercial, multi-family and residential real estate as well as the acquisition, financing and sale of business assets. Mr. Kessler has extensive experience with loan workouts, purchases of notes and mortgages, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions and title issues.
Mr. Kessler regularly litigates in the New Jersey courts, particularly in matters related to real estate and business disputes, title issues, Sheriff's sales, tax appeals, condominium and cooperative disputes, foreclosures and landlord-tenant matters.
Mr. Kessler is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1982 and Brandeis University in 1979.
