Jim Swearengen represents electric and natural gas companies before regulatory bodies and the courts and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Energy Law since 1991. He is also involved in other areas of administrative law and has served as the chair of the Administrative Law Committee of the Missouri Bar. Jim is a member of the Edison Electric Institute Legal Committee.
