Kheyfits, Dmitry A.

Dmitry Kheyfits's primary practice involves patent litigation and procurement. He has participated in patent litigation involving consumer electronic devices, semiconductor manufacturing processes, e-commerce, and telecommunication systems. He also has prosecuted patents in the fields of oil exploration, NMR oil field logging, medical ultrasound devices, wireless communications, and consumer devices. Dmitry joined Jones Day in 2006 as a registered patent agent, first working as an intellectual property legal intern before becoming an associate in 2009.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Dmitry worked as a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin and an engineering intern at IBM. His technical concentration as an undergraduate focused on computer hardware and software design. He is a member of the American and New York Intellectual Property Associations.
