Mr. Sweet focuses primarily on estate planning and probate and works with clients and their families in all aspects of succession planning and estate administration, including state and federal estate taxation.
Provides statistical and quantitative analysis support to practice group members assisting with tax-minimizing estate planning techniques, and to litigation attorneys with alternative settlement scenarios.
Prepares materials for the IRS and Department of Labor relating to employee benefit plan corrections.
Worked as a law clerk with Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP from 2005 to 2008, joining as an Associate in 2009.
