Scott Adam practices in a variety of areas of civil litigation, including personal injury and professional negligence. Mr. Adam’s practice primarily involves medical malpractice defense work, representing hospitals, physicians and other medical professionals.

Mr. Adam earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Kansas. Scott also received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas. During law school, he participated in The London Law Consortium.

Mr. Adam is a member of both the bars for the States of Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Adam has given several seminars relating to issues arising in civil litigation and authored an article published in the Kansas Bar Association Journal relating to tort damages in Kansas. Mr. Adam has served as lead trial counsel in over 300 cases. He has significant trial experience in both Kansas and Missouri obtaining multiple favorable verdicts in cases involving physicians, nurses, hospitals and nursing homes.
