Conor's zealous representation of our clients exemplifies his passion for law and technology in both litigation and non-litigation matters at Kronenberger Rosenfeld. Conor's practice includes trademark prosecution and enforcement, federal and state mobile marketing compliance for email and SMS campaigns, drafting website agreements (including privacy policies, terms and conditions, and other website policies), drafting affiliate and web services agreements, as well as a variety of other interactive marketing legal compliance matters.
Conor has also represented companies appearing before the Federal Trade Commission and filed numerous regulatory filings concerning online privacy compliance. The FTC featured Conor as a regulatory expert for an industry FDCPA panel.

Conor received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served on the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT) and published his JOLT Digest Comment regarding online coordination standards. His tenure at Harvard included paid and volunteer research positions with Harvard's Berkman Center for Internet and Society, with a specific focus on cloud computing technology and international copyright law. Conor received his B.A. from Brown University, where his studies included federal Internet legislation and regulation concerning Web 2.0 companies. He also organized concerts for a grassroots musicians' cooperative.
Before joining on as an associate with Kronenberger Rosenfeld LLP, Conor worked in Washington, D.C. as the Appellate Advocacy Fellow with the Electronic Privacy Information Center, drafting technology briefs to the Supreme Court and key circuit panels concerning the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, constitutional violations under federal statute § 1983, and open government laws. Conor served as a key staffer on the organization's most successful challenge to existing regulations under the Administrative Procedures Act, decided by the D.C. Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
Conor is a member of the State Bar of California, and the District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
