Kent, Jarad L.

Chuck Kennedy practices primarily in the areas of corporate criminal and regulatory investigations, including parallel or related civil proceedings. He has been involved in grand jury, criminal, and complex civil matters involving regulatory statutes and agencies. Chuck's practice has included investigations and litigation involving antitrust, environmental, securities, international trade, governmental and professional ethics, and procurement fraud issues, among others. In the health care field Chuck has participated in representing providers in antitrust and contractual litigation and in responding to investigations of their pricing and reimbursement practices. He also has had experience in representing public utilities before state and federal regulatory agencies.

In addition to managing a number of large document review and production efforts, many of which have involved electronic evidence and discovery systems, Chuck has participated in litigation and counseling involving the protection of wire and electronic communications and data systems and has assisted clients in developing and implementing corporate compliance and records retention policies and programs.

Chuck is a member of the ABA (Criminal Justice Section), the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Bar Association. He has been a contributor to past and pending publications of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law's Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee.
