Mr. Sullivan, together with Jack Stolier, founded the law firm in 1987 to advise and represent clients with respect to the business aspects of the health care industry. His practice emphasizes hospitals, physician groups, and other health care provider transactions. Additionally, he provides legal and regulatory counseling on federal and regulatory compliance, including Anti-Kickback Act, self referral, and false claims. Mr. Sullivan's experience includes representation nationwide involving hospitals and physician joint ventures.
