William P. Stubbs, Jr., has over thirty (30) years of legal experience with primary practice areas of business transactions and wills, trusts, and estates. He has represented principals in hundreds of company transfers in diverse fields including oil service and production, healthcare, timber, communications, franchises, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, advertising, sports, hotel and entertainment facilities. He has also prepared wills, trusts and other estate planning documents for hundreds of clients from all walks of life. His business practice also includes company formations, contracts, license agreements and entity governance.

Mr. Stubbs is board certified in estate planning and administration and as a tax law specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialists. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court. He is an active member of the Lafayette and Louisiana Bar Associations and an inactive member of the Louisiana and Texas CPA Societies. He is a FINRA registered representative (Series 62, 63) as well as an investment banking representative (Series 79).
