Peter Stuhldreher's practice focuses on labor and employment litigation, representing corporate clients throughout the United States in employment discrimination lawsuits and class actions, wage-hour/FLSA litigation, and breach of contract lawsuits. His experience includes assisting in representing employers before state and federal administrative agencies and state and federal courts in matters arising under federal and state antidiscrimination laws, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and a variety of state wrongful discharge, statutory, contract, and tort claims. In addition, Peter has counseled management regarding record retention obligations under federal and state laws, direct deposit issues under federal and state laws, and FLSA issues arising pursuant to implementation of a 9/80 work schedule.
