Kathryn Keen’s practice focuses on representing chapter 11 debtors throughout the reorganization process, from the preparation and commencement of their chapter 11 cases through emergence from bankruptcy. Her past representations have included chapter 11 debtors Capmark Financial Group Inc., Ambac Financial Group Inc., New Page Group Inc., and Los Angeles Dodgers LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Keen was an associate in Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Business Solutions and Governance department, a multi-disciplinary group that represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations.
