Josh's practice includes both litigation and transactional matters. Josh's litigation experience is broad and deep. He has represented individuals, business and governmental entities in a variety of matters, including significant "bet the company" lawsuits. He has also represented criminal defendants in significant felony cases as well as during administrative hearings and investigations.
Josh's transactional practice has historically been focused in the area of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and private equity and venture capital transactions. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in major transactions, including representing a publicly traded master limited partnership in its approximately $3,000,000,000 acquisition of operating subsidiaries of another public company and representing a global EPC company in its approximately $245,000,000 sale to an Australian public company.
Josh is married to Debbie and they have three children. They live on a farm in the Osceola area.
