Arsineh Kazazian is an associate in the Private Client Services Department in the firm's New York office. She joined Wiggin and Dana in 2005. Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Arsineh practiced in the fields of tax law and estate planning at an international law firm for three years.
Arsineh assists clients in developing family wealth management strategies including the preparation of wills, living trusts, insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and family limited partnerships. Arsineh also advises individuals and nonprofit clients on establishing and operating private foundations and charitable trusts.
Before attending law school, Arsineh obtained her certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois. After receiving her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School, Arsineh attended the LL.M. program in taxation at New York University School of Law, where she served as a graduate editor of the Tax Law Review and was the recipient of the Tax Law Scholarship. Arsineh graduated with a B.A. cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles.
