Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kaye clerked for the Honorable Terence T. Evans of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
During law school, Ms. Kaye interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney in Massachusetts, representing the Commonwealth in arraignments and pre-trial hearings. In 2008, she held a summer associate position at WilmerHale. Additionally, Ms. Kaye worked as a legal intern in the office of former US Senator, Edward M. Kennedy, drafting memoranda, statements and questions regarding campaign finance, civil rights, and accountability for torture and warrantless wiretapping.
