Lisa Strauss handles a broad range of commercial litigation, including business torts, real estate disputes, trust and estates litigation, and intellectual property litigation. She has substantial appellate experience at all levels of the Georgia Courts as well as alternative dispute resolution, including American Arbitration Association (AAA) and JAMS arbitrations.
Lisa’s recent matters include the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in multi-million-dollar trust disputes; defense of major energy and other commodities corporations in complex civil litigation in both federal and state courts; and representation of individuals as well as Fortune 100 and closely held corporations in contractual disputes and business torts cases involving fraud, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, securities fraud and violations of Georgia RICO.
Lisa is an active contributor to the Atlanta legal community. She has served on the Board of Directors of Atlanta Legal Aid since 2006 and prior to that served on its Advisory Committee. Lisa was a member of the 2007 class of L.E.A.D. Atlanta, a Leadership Atlanta initiative for young professionals.
