Evan Storm is an associate in the New York office concentrating in the firm's antitrust and litigation practices. During his time at AVH, Mr. Storm has worked on investigations related to mergers in the packaging industry, and litigation related to the Oil for Food Program.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Storm participated in the Federal Trade Commission's intern program in the Northeast Regional office. At the FTC, he worked on various antitrust matters, including Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger investigations in the supermarket and drug store industries. Mr. Storm also drafted sections of a staff second request report and advised FTC staff attorneys on relevant antitrust issues.
At the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law Mr. Storm was an Articles Editor for the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.
