Prior to forming Pham and Stevenson Law Group, Joanna worked in the San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento, Fairfield and Stockton offices of the nation’s largest consumer bankruptcy law firm. While working there, Joanna assisted clients in getting the fresh start that they deserved by assisting them through the bankruptcy process. Joanna has helped hundreds of clients save their home from foreclosure and/or vehicles from repossessions, stop garnishments, stop lawsuits against them, and wipe out their credit card debts.

Joanna is a graduate of University of California in Berkeley and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She has a Juris Doctor with high honors from Ventura College of Law and a Master of Law (LL.M.) with honors in Environmental Law from Golden Gate University School of Law.
