Philip Stevenson is a former member of the Real Estate Department at WilmerHale. Mr. Stevenson retired from active practice in 2004 after 35 years with the firm.

Mr. Stevenson has practiced all aspects of real estate law including acquisitions, subdivision and zoning, leasing and financing. He has represented real estate development companies, investors and business corporations in connection with purchases and sales, leasing and financing of real property.
