Marc S. Kaliser is an associate attorney with the Firm. Marc focuses his practice on corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and civil and commercial litigation. Marc represents a wide range of clients, including small to medium-sized businesses and enterprises, private investors and private equity companies, oil and gas companies, commercial landlords, information and technology firms, title companies, lenders and financial institutions. Marc's transactional experience includes counseling both buy-side and sell-side clients with respect to equity and asset purchases and sales, strategic entity formation, business combinations, joint venture agreements, and advising on general corporate governance.
