Until she went to law school, Patricia Jerome Stewart worked as a newspaper reporter in Tucson. After earning her law degree, she moved to Phoenix and began to represent disabled workers and their families before the Industrial Commission and the Social Security Administration. Eventually she focused exclusively on Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability claims.
Since 1979, when she joined what was then her family's firm, she has participated in volunteer and legal service activities, as well as advocacy groups, pertaining to Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income. She has also spoken to various disability support groups.
Mrs. Stewart takes pride in continuing her family's legacy of committed, quality legal representation. She meets personally with each new client to evaluate his or her case and develop a plan to win benefits. Her clients appreciate her relentless dedication, her compassion and her recognition that their cases' outcomes dramatically affect their lives.
Mrs. Stewart and her husband have two grown children. She has been involved in her community schools and church.
