Andersen, Chase L.

Chase L. Andersen, attorney and founder of Andersen Law Firm, PLLC, focuses his practice in general litigation and transactional matters, including contested and uncontested divorces, child custody and parenting time/visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, wills and trusts, business and contracts, sports and entertainment, real estate, and other areas of civil law.

Born and raised in Mitchell, South Dakota, Chase attended undergraduate school at the University of South Dakota where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in English.  While participating on USD's Track & Field team, Chase earned All-American honors in the triple jump.  He has also been inducted into the University of South Dakota Track & Field Hall of Honor.

Chase has always been committed, both personally and professionally, to assisting individuals in need.  Following undergraduate school, Chase worked several years in the social services profession as a counselor and then as a social worker.  Throughout these experiences, Chase excelled at professionally addressing sensitive matters, advocating for his clients' rights, and effectively resolving complicated issues.

Chase enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. He is Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota Association for Justice (formerly known as the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association) and is an active participant in several other professional associations.
