Kampmeier, Stephen F.

Steven Kaiser is a graduate of New York Law School, and was admitted to practice in New York State in 1999. He is a member of the Commercial Law League, the New York County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Queens County Bar Association.

His areas of practice are as diverse as his clientele, extending as far as Europe, Japan, and Russia, and of course as close to home as the five boroughs of New York City. His litigation practice includes civil matters in New York Supreme and Civil Courts, such as residential and commercial landlord and tenant litigation, complex commercial litigation, insurance litigation, civil rights actions, intellectual property matters, as well as simple matters such as name changes and collections. Mr. Kaiser is also admitted in the Southern and Eastern Districts of the United States District Courts, where he has represented companies and individuals in federal civil rights, employment, gender, sexual orientation, and age discrimination matters, as well as complex commercial matters. His transactional practice includes the formation of business entities, such as corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, business and real estate sales and closings, arbitration matters, lease reviews, and filings for trade and service marks. He also offers consulting services to small and medium business imparting valuable insight from his broad experience in business and legal fields.
