Kaliser, Merrill L.

Andrew Kagen was born and raised in York County Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Maryland, with a B.A. in Psychology. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from George Mason School of Law. He received an L.L.M. in Taxation from Temple University. He is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, the United States Tax Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations. He is the former President of the York County Bar Association Trust and Probate Section. He is a member and former President of the York County Estate Planning Counsel.

Andrew's practice focuses on the area of individual and corporate taxpayer representation, small business representation, estate planning and administration, and real estate.

Andrew lives in Hellam Township. He is an active member of the University of Maryland Alumni Association.
