Elizabeth Juelich is an associate with Olup & Associates LLC. She focuses her practice on family law and estate planning, advocating on behalf of clients to protect and preserve their assets throughout what can often involve complicated family matters. Recognizing every case is different, Elizabeth has built her practice upon the principals of providing exceptional client service, thoroughness, and creative problem solving. Her clients know that Elizabeth will be both accessible and highly responsive to their needs.
Elizabeth works closely with her clients to ensure their needs, and the needs of their children, are protected. Elizabeth’s family law practice includes marriage dissolutions and never married parents. This work includes spousal maintenance, property division, child support, custody, and parenting time. She advocates strongly at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences and ensures that her clients understand the cost/benefit analysis of specific actions.
In her estate planning practice, Elizabeth works closely with her clients to identify and prioritize their goals to determine what legal tools are needed to achieve their objectives. She then prepares the appropriate documents including wills, trusts, health care directives and, powers of attorney.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in Minnesota. She is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar associations and their respective Family Law and Estates and Trusts sections. Elizabeth is actively involved in the Wills for Heroes program which provides free estate planning services to First Responders, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. While in law school, Elizabeth worked as a certified student attorney through the Legal Planning Clinic for Tax-Exempt Organizations and Low Income Clients where she assisted low-income clients with end of life planning by drafting wills, health care directives, and powers of attorney and advised clients on Elderly Waivers and Medical Assistance.
