Kafer, Michael S.

Peter Hafner Jost joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1977, and became a partner in 1984. He has developed a broad-based global practice in international and domestic transactional and project matters, with special emphasis on advising clients on structuring ventures that require multi-jurisdictional knowledge and the combination of tax, corporate, commercial, real estate, project finance, and administrative skills. He currently is head of the firm's International Practice.
